Labor Day Fun

Our weekend in Redmond was a blast! We had a chance to hang out with our wonderful niece and nephews.

We hiked and explored some caves near Smith Rock........

...........captured snakes..........

....and did all kinds of fun stuff!

Don't Be Afraid of the Craw

The claw? No, THE CRAW! Dad and I nailed 'em this weekend. We worked quickly and efficiently and now have the harvest down to a science with two essential elements: snorkel and bait. We tossed out ten bait boxes and simply waited for the dads to emerge from underneath rocks and ledges. Then, I dove down to snatch them while Dad grabbed what he could from the surface. We were not disappointed by the size.
